Nagami Camera Service is operated solely by Hiroyoshi (Yoshi) Nagami

Summary:

My initial specialist training at Kohka Camera in Japan was followed by 12 years in Brussels, Amsterdam and Tokyo repairing both movie and still cameras before establishing my repair business in Australia

1975 - Commenced training in camera repair with Kohka Camera in Japan

1976 - Moved to Brussels, Belgium to repair cameras for the European branch of Kohka Cameras (who were the manufacturers of movie cameras for the several manufacturers including GAF, Revue & Kodak)

1978 - Moved to Amsterdam to work for the Dutch Konica distributor

1981 – Opened my own repair shop, repairing all brands of still and movie cameras

1987 - Felt homesick and moved back to Japan to raise our young son & daughter

1990 - Migrated to Australia with my family when the opportunity arose, and have lived here ever since

Because of this experience over so many years, I am able to repair all makes and models of cameras for schools, colleges, photo shops and photographers

I have a fully equipped workshop with everything required to resolve your camera problems

I have always enjoyed taking photos, and have just purchased my 5x4 camera and am starting to explore the world of large format
